Refunds can only be offered for faulty items. This needs to be supported with photos or videos detailing any flaws. 

If an item doesn't fit correctly, it can be returned for a size exchange, depending on the availability of the desired size.

Any return for a size change or refund can only be processed within 30 days of delivery, items must be in original packaging with tags still on. 

Once your order is placed you cannot cancel it. All sales are final. Size changes pre shipping can be offered, depending on the availability of your desired size.
